MAME setting to specify window size?

Went down a rabbit hole looking for a way to change the size of the emulator window so that it isn't the height of my screen. Is there an option to specify the height or a percentage of the monitor's resolution height?

mame.exe -window -resolution 1024x768

No way man... original hardware resolution! -window -resolution 256x192 haha
