Tried it on another monitor, and it works...yay!

So top tips for others planning to build the Tang Nano 9K based solution:

1. You _must_ use version 1.9.8.10 of the Gowin IDE and programmer - not an earlier or later version!
2. Try a different monitor if you don't see the test image - my Samsung TV cannot cope with the HDMI signal generated, but it works fine on my iiyama monitor.

Yes it seems new Samsung TVs started ditching legacy video and only supports HD ones. I have a Samsung HDR TVs hooked up into my devkits it works with Xbox and PS4/5 but does not like the F18a. Also i had trouble this TV does not like mega65 in c64 mode.

Add Sony Bravia TVs to the list of devices that *don't* work with HDMI.

Well I tried building it using EDA 1.9.8.11 Education Edition and I didn't have had any issue.

At the moment it can still be downloaded from here: https://cdn.gowinsemi.com.cn/Gowin_V1.9.8.10_win.zip

Good to hear that 1.9.8.11 Education also works - 1.9.9Beta definitely didn't work for me!

Does your windows PC computer stops detecting the board ?

Mine happens all the time, I removed all driver, driveStore, pnpultil etc. but eventually it just stops...

I did have some issues with that. I found on my system plugging it into one of the usb3 sockets seems to be most stable. But, I only had it in there long enough to program it. I've not tried any dev yet.

Same behaviour as mine. After some time only one port actually connects it.

I'd like to try the openFPGAloader.
