RetroNet Chat 80 column

The latest RetroNET Chat for CPM now supports autodetect of 40 or 80-column mode. If you boot into the f18a Cloud CPM BIOS, the retronet chat program will recognize that and give you 80-column mode. Otherwise, it will run in 40 columns as usual.
