Good day eh?

Post by dantaipan »

Been on the Nabu journey for a couple months now. Really excited by all of the progress both on HW and SW. On the HW side so far I have installed internal adapter out to a USB-C port on the back, added the floppy drive controller and dropped in the F18A VDP replacement. This "cheap MSX-like computer" has quickly turned into a bigger investment

If the subject line didn't give it away I am based in Canada (GTA).

Thanks Leo, I really enjoyed your "Ghost of..." video especially the "Worlds Biggest Book Store" part. I remember going in there before there were other big-box book retailers. It was really impressive at the time.

Don't forget, the MSX is actually a NABU-like computer, since the NABU came out first ;)

I used to go to the "Worlds Biggest Book Store" all the time when I lived in downtown Toronto for a year back in the 90's. I'd always think, "Meh... could be bigger."

Yeah, it was quite the place. Did it become a chapters or something. It was in a great spot, just north of Dundas off Yonge St.
