USR-TCP232-306 to NABU Wiring

Does this look correct for the wiring to go from the USR-TCP232-306 RS-422 Ethernet adapter to the NABU PC? Trying to document how it works as I go.
Pulled the NABU side pinout from

Yes, that looks correct - and matches Table 3.1 on page 5 of the 'Unofficial Howto' guide

If I grab hookup wire, twist my legs around and drink twisted tea, does that count?
Related, I was looking at picking up some wire for these, looks like this would suffice:

For now I’m just tearing up CAT5 to get the pairs. 422 can go decent distances when it’s STP from what I remember. Been a hot minute since I used it though.
